The History of TNF

The Tennessee Nurses Foundation (TNF) is a not for profit corporation formed by the Tennessee Nurses Association (TNA) in 1982. The Tennessee Nurses Foundation was founded to provide a mechanism for supporting programs that meet the needs of TNA members and non-members, as well as RN (non-licensed) nursing students in Tennessee.

  • Facilitate leadership development
  • Encourage nursing research
  • Support professional health and wellness
